Let’s Work Together
One-on-one Personalized Care
“Health is found in glimmers of kindness and the comforts of love, respect, and safety. True health is hidden in the million tiny moments of our everyday lives.”
Integrative Telehealth Practice
Do you want to feel and function better? In my integrative psychiatry telehealth practice, I empower you to take charge of your health with personalized one-on-one care tailored to your unique situation. Exclusively for adults living in New York or Georgia who want to experience more joy, meaning, and purpose in their lives. Together, we will get to the root of the problem and find a path forward to a life you love.
Challenges I help people address include maximizing creative potential, overcoming feeling stuck, anxiety, panic disorder, social/performance fears, depression, loneliness, irritability, burnout, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also am board certified in Mind-Body Medicine (Psychosomatic Medicine) and help individuals with serious medical diagnoses, chronic illnesses, or grief live more fully no matter the situation.
We’ll begin our work together with either an essential 1-hour and 15min or integrative 2-hour initial mental health consultation. Assessments include a comprehensive review of relevant personal and medical history, present symptoms, and current social situation. I partner with you to formulate personalized treatment, which may include medication, talk therapy, lifestyle coaching, nutritional assessments, medical bloodwork, genetic testing, and mind-body integration. I also support those looking to process the therapeutic use of psychedelic experiences. One-time consultations are also available for individuals looking to gain fresh input on their current treatment strategy.
To begin the process of personal transformation, please review the details below and fill out the contact form on this website to schedule a brief call (15 min) to see if my practice is the right fit for your needs.
